I tried searching for Openoffice files in Ctrl/Alt/Delete -> Task Manager, I don't see Open Office in Apps. I tried creating another user just in case Admin had something going on, it doesn't work/nothing interesting happens.Ħ. I tried Run -> msconfig Diagnostic startup I forget what happened but it doesn't work/nothing interesting happens.ĥ. I tried going to Run->msconfig and going to Safe Boot but the Windows Installer is not implemented in Safe Boot, so I can't uninstall there.ĥ. When skipping it, Ashampoo allows me to "deep clean" any remaining files which it states was a success but it doesn't work/nothing interesting happens.Ĥ. I tried Ashampoo UnInstaller 9 and Ashampoo freezes at the step to activate the program's normal uninstaller. Moving the file creates the error "The action can't be completed because the file is open in Windows host process (Rundll32) Close the file and try again."ģ.
I tried rebooting and had the same problem.Ģ. If you are using a multi-user system, also make sure that no other user has OpenOffice 4.1.7 open.ġ. The OpenOffice 4.1.7 Installation Wizard has the error : Please exit OpenOffice 4.1.7 and the OpenOffice 4.1.7 Quickstarter before you continue. I think the best thing to do is to uninstall/reinstall.
Because I accidentally installed it in the same folder as Fences. I'm trying to move OpenOffice 4.1.7 from one folder to another. I'm uncomfortable asking the Internet for help but it's been a few hours looking into this.
